"It`s interesting to observe that the painter leaves his atelier and builds his landscapes in the places where they really exist. But the figures (men, women, animals) are placed later, in the workshop. There´s a fusion between reason and sentimentality in these two stages of his work, which allows the artist to make a balanced painting without excesses, far from narrations and of excellent quality".
